💼 Director of Growth & Marketing — NYC (On-Site, Full-Time)
Location: New York, NY
Type: On-Site | Full-Time | Salary + Performance Bonus ($135,000 - $145,000 per year)
We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Director of Growth & Marketing to lead brand development, client acquisition, and expansion initiatives. This is an on-site position at our New York headquarters.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute multi-channel growth and marketing strategies.

Build brand awareness and trust in the insured crypto investment space.

Lead digital campaigns, SEO, partnerships, and media outreach.

Collaborate with leadership on scaling investor acquisition and retention.

Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI across all marketing efforts.
Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in growth or marketing leadership roles (finance or tech preferred).

Proven success scaling brands or financial platforms.

Strong understanding of crypto markets and investor behavior.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
⚖️ In-House Legal Counsel — NYC (Full-Time, Salaried)
Location: New York, NY
Type: On-Site | Full-Time | Salary ($175,000 to $180,000 per year)
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to oversee all legal matters related to our firm’s operations, compliance, contracts, and regulatory structure.
Responsibilities:

Advise leadership on business and investment law.

Draft, review, and manage all company contracts and agreements.

Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, and NYS crypto regulations.

Guide the firm in maintaining insured and bonded investment standards.

10+ years of experience as a business attorney in a law firm or corporate setting.

Licensed to practice law in the State of New York.

💼 Sales Representatives — Hybrid (Remote/NYC)
Location: Hybrid | Remote/NYC Preferred
Type: Commission-Based/ Eligible For Salary | Flexible Schedule
We’re looking for motivated Sales Representatives to help expand our investor network and promote the world’s first insured crypto investment platform.
Responsibilities:

Generate new client leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.

Educate prospects about our insured crypto investment services.

Build and manage relationships with investors and potential partners.

Work independently with the support of our internal marketing and operations teams.
Qualifications:

Compensation:
